The next principle upon which Ayla Health is built is ‘Keep a Long-Term Mindset’.

This principle is VERY hard to sell in a world where consumers want a quick fix!

It’s much easier to sell a 7 day detox, a 30 day challenge or an 8 week diet plan. But the truth is, none of those things actually help you long term and it’s the LONG TERM that matters.

Cleansing your body for 7 days last week does not promote health for you this week, nor any time in the future!

We’d also argue that a 7 day detox with all its restrictions is not healthy at all, but hopefully you get the point!

You need to be doing healthy behaviours, most days, for the rest of your life. And because of this, your health behaviours need to be easy, realistic and sustainable for you to do them!

There is no point slogging your guts out trying to stick to a perfect healthy diet for 8 weeks, only to find yourself re-bounding in the months following.

Think about your life in 20 years time. Do you still want to be cycling on and off strict diets?

Ayla Health’s goal is to re-program this long-term mindset inside you, so that healthy eating becomes ‘who you are and what you do’ for the rest of your life!
