Cancellations and reschedules of a coaching session made with LESS than 24 hours' notice will be charged a fee of $60 for one-hour sessions and $30 for 30-minute sessions. This fee covers the cost of the time that the dietitian was rostered to take your session. This cancellation policy is strictly enforced to protect our time and business, and we would like to ask you to please respect this. You will not be able to book future coaching sessions until cancellation fees are paid in full. There are no penalties for the free 30-minute sessions; however, please do let us know if you can’t make it so the spot can be made available to another client.
