Ayla Health is a world first, micro-learning and meal planning tool

We’ve combined micro-learning with meal planning into a seamless user experience to teach you how to maximise your long term health, one habit at a time!

By harnessing the power of positive psychology and easy nutrition we remove the stress from healthy eating and help you eat well for the rest of your life!

You’ll complete a series of habit building modules, one at a time, with each module teaching you one key nutrition principle and then showing you how to apply it to your life. Each module will link you to foods and recipes that you can add into your meal planner, generate a shopping list and ultimately, put what you learn into practice and maximise your long term health.

Aimed at users who have dieted their whole life, this program will help you unlearn all the food rules you’ve compiled over the years that lead to ‘all or nothing’ thinking, food guilt and shame, and set you on a path of food freedom, consistency and feeling confident in your food choices.

The magic is in the steady, incremental approach. Everything is sustainable, easy and realistic, with the focus on small, achievable habits. When we allow small changes to accumulate, they lead to big, long-term health results – which is what we want, right?

Modules

Our library of habit building modules kicks off with the Nourish Your Body Program! The other programs are coming soon!

Each module in the program covers one aspect of nutrition, a habit or a mindset. It then shows you how you can put what you just learnt into practice. The idea is that learning in small, easy snippets doesn’t leave you overwhelmed or stressed. You will ditch the overhaul mindset of traditional fad diets. There will be no ‘falling off the wagon’ because there is no wagon. You’ll make, small, sustainable tweaks to your diet that add up to big health results long term.

My Meals

This is your meal planning tool. And it comes empty. Our goal is not to tell you what to eat. Our goal is to empower and equip you, so that you’re confident enough to plan your own meals.

And honestly, I just wanted a tool that helped me keep my meals together in a handy place, generate a shopping list for specific dates and just help me be organised. So I created one.

The cool thing is, this is only the beginning. I had to pair back the features of this meal planner SO much so I could get the first version complete and in the app store! I have so much more in store for it. In fact, I’m going to create the best meal planning tool that you have every seen! Watch this space!

Health is SO much more than the size of your body and we’re interested in your WHOLE health. It doesn’t mean that your weight isn’t important. We just see any weight changes as a potential side-effect of focussing on your long term health and building sustainable habits.

We are creating the best meal planning app on the market that genuinely suits everyday life and the way that real people plan, cook and eat food.

Like I said earlier, we’re not there yet, but the bones are in a ready to go and with the feedback of our users, we’re excited to bring our future ideas to life!

We’re a science-backed program and we are passionate about making sure that all our education is easy to understand and helps you make positive change. We have some exciting futures things in this space now and I’m looking forward to bringing more rich resources and videos to the app as we can do it.

We link ‘learning’ with ‘doing’ by providing habit building modules, a meal planner and support that’s never been done before.

This is the game-change for me. Any old nutritionist or app can tell you what to eat. But I don’t want to do that. I want to teach you to choose food for yourself.  It’s this concept in practice:

“Give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime.”

Our app comes with optional nutrition coaching, which is provided with highly experienced and trained nutrition professionals who understand behaviour change.

Our app can’t counsel, coach or discuss complex medical conditions or mindsets with you. This, you must do with a human. You can at any time, as a free or premium user, opt into one-on-one coaching, for an additional fee. ANd before you commit, you can book a free 30 minute chat first, just to make sure it’s worth your time and effort.
