Your mobile app subscription to access the premium features works via automatic monthly payments managed by the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Each payment will be deducted on the anniversary of your sign-up day and time. For example, if you sign up for a monthly subscription on 22nd January, your payments will always be deducted on the 22nd of every month. It does not matter if it’s a business day or not. Once a payment has been processed, we cannot process refunds. So, if you would like to cancel your subscription, please log in to your Apple or Google account and cancel your subscription before a payment is processed.
