Regular, individualised nutrition coaching and support is considered the gold standard in achieving change. We can’t change your eating habits completely in 30 minutes. However, through incremental, gradual, consistent changes, over multiple sessions, you can make good long term progress with your eating habits and your health. That’s what we’re interested in.

We recommend fortnightly sessions as the optimum frequency of support, however, this is also decided based on your individual needs after chatting with the dietitian at your compulsory initial consultation.
