We’re sorry to see you go! There are two ways to delete your account and it’s associated data:

In-app deletion:

To delete your account, please go to your profile in the app -> Profile Settings -> Delete My Account -> Confirm.

Once your account has been deleted, it happens instantly, and we cannot restore the associated data (including module progress). All of it is deleted.

Support request:

If you no longer have access to the app you can email us at support@aylahealth.com.au and request an account deletion this way. We will manually delete your account and it’s associated data. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to happen. Our support email is manned Monday – Friday.
