You’ll learn about the different ways that disordered eating behaviours can affect physical and mental health, as well as how to recognize and overcome them. The module also emphasizes the fact that disordered eating behaviours can affect people of all body sizes and provides strategies for achieving a healthy relationship with food that is unique to everyone.

Additionally, the module covers the benefits of seeking help from a dietitian or psychologist. It also provides resources for those who may be struggling with disordered eating behaviours or know someone who is.
