This module provides an introductory understanding of true healthy eating habits and nutrition. Not only will you gain knowledge on the importance of healthy eating for overall health, including how it can impact heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and mental health, you will also learn how to build a healthy eating pattern that suits your lifestyle, without sacrificing the foods you enjoy. You will be encouraged to adopt a positive mindset towards food, breaking away from the idea of “good” and “bad” foods and striving for a balanced approach to nutrition.
