Positive nutrition is an approach to eating that focuses on getting nutrients into our bodies without restricting or eliminating enjoyable foods. It’s a shift from thinking that you need to deprive yourself to be healthy. Instead, this approach to gives you the chance to freely nourish the body with all sorts of food.
