This module will teach individuals how to break free from the “Diet Cycle” and take control of their food choices by throwing away food rules and reframing what healthy eating looks like. Participants will learn to focus on what to have more of instead of what to cut out, how to make food choices based on their wants, needs, and available options, and how to give themselves permission to make mistakes and learn from them. The module aims to help individuals rebuild their relationship with food and their bodies by promoting a more flexible and intuitive approach to eating.
