This module provides education on various popular diets, including keto, fasting, and shake diets. We will outline the premise of each diet and how they have shaped our attitudes and beliefs about food over the years. It emphasises the importance of a balanced and sustainable approach to eating, highlighting the risks of fad diets and the benefits of being empowered to make choice, rather than blindly following food rules. The module aims to provide learners with the knowledge and tools needed to make informed decisions about their dietary habits and promote long-term health and wellness.

  • That health is the result of daily habits and behaviours repeated long term, not short sharp bursts of cleanses or detoxes
