Hi, I'm Kate, the founder and CEO of Ayla Health. I don't mess around when it comes to nutrition. I do simple, sustainable, realistic advice that you can do long term. No fad diets or quick fixes. My advice is based on evidence and my experience working in this field for nearly 20 years! I am a Registered Nutritionist, with a masters degree in human nutrition. I love pilates, coffee, cooking, bush walking, border collies and growing flowers. I have 1 husband, 2 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats.
