This module will educate you about the importance of incorporating whole foods into your diet for optimal health. You will learn about the various whole foods from each of the food groups including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, dairy products, and plant-based alternatives. The module highlights the short and long benefits of consuming whole foods and how to add them easily into your day. You will be guided to make small, sustainable changes by swapping processed foods for whole foods, adding whole foods to meals, and increasing variety within the food groups you consume.
